"What Move For Hunger does is take the food that is unwanted when you move, box it up, and take it over to a local food pantry to donate for the hungry."
That food pantry is operated by the St. Giles Presbyterian Church, located at 5900 Pinemont Drive in Houston, Texas. "This gives the customers we are moving a great opportunity to help feed the hungry," says Brandon. "We are very excited to be part of this organization and we look forward to serving the hungry in the Houston area."
Move For Hunger is working with over 200 moving companies in 37 states and has collected over 365,000 lbs of food for food banks across America.
