Brandon – I just wanted to send you a brief note about the move of my mother’s furnishings from Harlingen to Houston. Troy, Darren, and Derek did a great job of taking good care of my mother’s possessions. They were all very professional and very customer oriented. They showed concern for my mother, and out her mind at ease.

We just finally finished unpacking everything. All items brought to us in the same condition it left – great job by Troy, Darren, and Derek.

Just wanted to take a minute to tell you how glad we were to have chosen your company to handle our move. Yes, there probably were some companies that might have charged less but with the reputation that is very well known about your company….well, it was almost a no-brainer to choose Melia.

Also, the guys who handled our move were absolutely incredible – very kind, very professional, very flexible…..and even more! From the time they arrived on Monday morning to the end of the job later that afternoon they were great to be working with and we were even doing this move in a light misty rain…..we tried to stop it but that “above our pay grade” I guess.
